Using the Ticket Activity Rates List View

Ticket rates are the pricing system rates/charges for activities, such as On-site Consulting, Research, Telephone Support, or Installation, performed for resolving tickets. When you add an activity to a ticket, you must assign a rate/charge for the activity.
With administrative privileges, you can manage the ticket activity rates to ensure you are accurately recording ticket activities and the associated rates for those activities against a customer's contract.
- On the Navigation bar expand Service, and then click Ticket Activity Rates.
- Click the button.
- Click the Description to open the Ticket Activity Rate Detail view.
