Using the BOD Mappings List View
Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The List view displays all of the BOD mappings that you have access to.
The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

BOD mappings are most effectively managed within the context of back office they are associated with, so Infor CRM recommends creating groups with the back office in the layout and filtering the list based upon the back office. |
Open the ION BOD Mappings List view
- On the Navigation Bar, click ION BOD Mappings.
Refresh list information
- Click the Refresh
button.
Open the BOD Mapping Detail view
- Click the BOD mapping to open the BOD Mapping Detail view.
Open the Back Office Detail view
- Click the back office name to open the Back Office Detail view.
