Using the Outbound Transactions List View
Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The List view displays all of the outbound transactions that you have access to.
The Outbound Transactions list view displays newly promoted or updated Infor CRM records waiting to be processed by the outbound JobService. Once the files are processed, they are no longer available from this view.

Outbound transactions that are available for an extended period of time may indicate a problem with the Job Service. |
Open the Outbound Transactions List view
- On the Navigation Bar, click Outbound Transactions.
Refresh list information
- Click the button.
Open the Outbound Transaction Detail view
- Click the create date to open the Outbound Transaction Detail view.
