What are Tickets?
Tickets are records of customer inquiries or complaints. They can contain the information necessary to report, investigate, and close an inquiry or problem.
- Use the Ticket Detail view to add or edit information for a ticket.
- Use the Ticket List view to view and manage ticket groups.
