Deleting an Activity

You can delete any activity that you create.

To delete a single activity

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Open the activity you want to complete, and click Delete.
    • From any of the Activities tabs, click Complete.
    • From the Activities List view, right-click an activity and select Delete Activity.
  2. If you selected a recurring activity and are prompted, select Delete this Occurrence or Delete all Occurrences, and then click Continue.
  3. Click OK to permanently delete the record, or Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.

If you delete an activity that you are member of the activity leader receives a notification that you declined the activity.

To delete multiple activities

  1. On the Activities view, select the activities you want to delete, and in the Task Pane Common Tasks area click Delete Activity, or right-click in the grid, and then select Delete Activity.

    If you select multiple activities and any are recurring, then only the selected occurrence or occurrences of the recurring activity will be deleted.

  2. Click OK to permanently delete the record, or Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
