Using the Ticket List View
The List view displays all of the tickets that you have access to. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of records that display.

Open the Ticket List view
- On the Navigation Bar, click Tickets.
Refresh list information
- Click the button.
Open the Ticket Detail view
- Click the ticket's ID to open the Ticket Detail view.
