SpeedSearch is a powerful tool that helps you find information stored in the Infor CRM database or external files. For example, you can search through existing tickets or procedures to help solve a customer's problem, or search for a specific document, like a sales presentation. The type of information you can search for depends on the indexes your system administrator has set up in the Administrator.

To perform a SpeedSearch

If you experience problems opening or using SpeedSearch, contact your Infor CRM Administrator. SpeedSearch configuration and troubleshooting information is available in the Administrator Help.
