Configuring Sales Intelligence Integration

Complete the following tasks to configure the Sales Intelligence integration. Once configured, users can view the likelihood that a customer will purchase a product within the next 30 days and recommendations of what products they may buy.

To configure

  1. On the Integrations List view, select Sales Intelligence.
  2. Select the Enabled check box.
  3. Click SaveClosed.
  4. Display or hide the Sales Intelligence Purchase Likelihood Score.

    1. Open the Integration - Sales Intelligence Detail view and click the Options tab.
    2. Find the Account row.
    3. In the Value box type True to display the Purchase Likelihood Score on the Account detail view, or type False to hide the Purchase Likelihood Score.
    4. Repeat step 3 for the Contact row to display or hide the Purchase Likelihood Score on the Contact detail view.
    5. Click SaveClosed.
