Deleting a Ticket

Your security access determines what functions are available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users may not access full functionality.

To delete a ticket

  1. Find the ticket you want to delete.
  2. On the Ticket Detail view, click the DeleteClosed button.
  3. Click OK to permanently delete the record, or Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
