Linking to Infor CRM Shared Records from Infor Ming.le

Infor Ming.le only. When a record or a notes or history item is shared a user receives a notification in Infor Ming.le Notifications, in a user's My Feed view, and may receive an e-mail notification. Within the notification, click a record link to open a particular record in Infor CRM.

In order to receive Infor Ming.le e-mail notifications, your administrator must have enabled the email feature and you must set up your email notifications.

To view notifications

1. Do one of the following:

   • Click the User button in the InforMing.le toolbar, and click Notifications.
   • In Infor Ming.le, click Activity Feed.
2. Scroll to the notification and click the link or if there are multiple links, click the Link icon and select from the list.
   Infor CRM opens displaying the selected record.

To receive e-mail notifications

1. Enable email notifications.
1. In the Infor Ming.le toolbar, click the User Menu button.
2. Click User Settings, and then scroll to Settings.
3. Under Notifications, select Someone has tagged me in a post.
4. Click Save.
2. When you receive an email notification, click the link or if there are multiple links, click the Link icon and select from the list to open the record in Infor Ming.le.

3. Click the link in the record.
   Infor CRM opens displaying the selected record.
