Adding and Editing Ticket Activities
Your security access determines what functions are available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes.
How Do I?
- Open the Ticket Detail view.
- Click the Ticket Activities tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.
- On the Ticket Activities tab, click Advanced.
The Insert Ticket Activity view opens.
- Complete the ticket activity information boxes.
- To add activity parts, in the Ticket Activity Parts area click Associate Part.
- Find a part using the lookup and click Add Selected.
- From the list of ticket activities, click Edit next to the activity you want to change.
- Edit the ticket activity information boxes.
There are several information boxes that cannot be edited by the user.
- Click Save.
