Updating Multiple Leads

You can use the Bulk Action Update dialog box to change the owner or account manager for multiple leads at once.

To change

  1. Open the Lead List view, and then select a group tab.
  2. Select one or more records. To select more than one record, hold down [Ctrl] or [Shift], and highlight the records.
  3. In the Task Pane, click Update.
  4. In the Bulk Action Update dialog box, click the drop-down arrow and select the information you want to update.
  5. Complete the remaining boxes to define the updated value.
    The remaining boxes depend upon the information you are updating.
    • Status - Click the To drop-down arrow and select from the list.
    • Account Manager - Click the To FindClosed button, use the Lookup to find and select a record, and then click OK.
    • Owner - Click the To FindClosed button, use the Lookup to find and select a record, and then click OK.
  6. To add another property, click the Add PropertyClosed button and repeat steps 5-7 until you have selected and defined all of the information you want to update.
  7. Click OK.
