Updating Multiple Leads
You can use the Bulk Action Update dialog box to change the owner or account manager for multiple leads at once.
To change
- Open the Lead List view, and then select a group tab.
- Select one or more records. To select more than one record, hold down [Ctrl] or [Shift], and highlight the records.
- In the Task Pane, click Update.
- In the Bulk Action Update dialog box, click the drop-down arrow and select the information you want to update.
- Complete the remaining boxes to define the updated value.
The remaining boxes depend upon the information you are updating. - To add another property, click the button and repeat steps 5-7 until you have selected and defined all of the information you want to update.
