Ticket Activity Rate Details Tab

Use the Ticket Activity Rate detail view, Details tab to view additional information about the ticket activity rate.

To open

  1. On the Navigation bar expand Service, and then click Ticket Activity Rates to open the Ticket Activity Rates List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a ticket activity rate, and then click on the Description link to open the detail view.

  2. Click the Details tab.
  3. View the following:
    • Create User -the name of the user who created the activity rate.
    • Create Date - the date on which the activity rate was created.
    • Modify User - the name of the user who last edited the activity rate.
    • Modify Date - the date on which the activity rate was last edited.
