Ticket Activity Parts
Use this view to manage parts in relationship to the ticket activity.
Open the Ticket Activity Parts Tab
- Open the Ticket Detail view.
- Click the Ticket Activity Parts tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.
Remove a part

Copy a part
- Select the record you want to copy and click the Copy Part
button.
A copy of the selected part appears in the grid.
Open or edit a Ticket Activity
- Click Edit Ticket Activity next to the ticket activity part associated with the ticket activity you want to edit.
The Edit Ticket Activity view opens.
