Quote Information Boxes

The following table describes the default information boxes.

Box Description
Quote ID

The unique ID assigned when the quote was created.

Quotes created in Infor CRM have a prefix of CRM. Quotes created in an integrated product have a prefix of EXT. Quotes promoted from Infor CRM to an integrated product will receive a new identifier.

Account

The account associated with the quote.

To change the account, click the Account FindClosed button to find the associated account.

Customer RFQ  The customer's request for quote reference number.
Opportunity

The opportunity associated with the quote.

To change the opportunity, click the Opportunity FindClosed button to find the associated opportunity.

Sales Order ID

The sales order created after converting the quote to sales order.

This field is only populated if the quote was converted to a sales order and is a link to the .

Status

The status of the quote.

To change the status, click the drop-down arrow and select from the list.

Start Date

The start date of the quote.

Click the CalendarClosed button to select a different date.

Expiration Date

The date on which the quote will expire.

If left blank when the quote was inserted, this may automatically default to a set number of days after the start date. The number of days is determined by your administrator.

To change the date, click the CalendarClosed button to select a different date.

Comments Type any additional notes about the quote. Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. These notes can be edited in either Infor CRM or the integrated application.
