Adding and Managing Countries and Country Codes

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. |
Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record.

Open the Countries Detail view
- On the Navigation Bar, click Administration, and then click Countries to open the Countries list view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a country , and then click the Country Name.
Switch to the List view
- On the toolbar click the button, or click the current group tab.
Add a country or country code
- On the Country Detail view, click .
- In the Country Code box, type the unique two-letter country code.
- In the Country Name box, type the name of the country associated with the country code.
- In the Alternate Code box, type another country code that may be used for the country.
- Click .
Use the Task Pane group list or common tasks
Delete a country
- Click the button.
- Click OK to permanently delete the record, or Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
Information Boxes
- Country Code -The two-letter country code.
- Country Name - The name of the country associated with the country code.
- Alternate Code - Another country code that may be used for the country.
