Literature Request Detail View

Use the Literature Request Detail view to see in-depth information about a specific order for literature to be sent to a contact. More than one literature request can exist for a particular contact. The Literature Request Detail view by default includes the names of the user who scheduled the request, the date by which it should be filled, a brief description, the contact and related account names, total cost, delivery method, priority, current status, fulfillment date, and user who fulfilled the request. Literature requests cannot be edited.

To open the Literature Request Detail View

  • Open the Activities List view, and then click Literature. In the search results, click the Send Date of the request you want to view.
  • From the Contact or Account Detail view, click the Literature Requests tab, and then click the Request Date of the request you want to view. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.
