Using the Defect Products Tab

This tab shows information for products this defect affects. Use this tab to add or remove an association between products and defects. Management and other users may use this information to determine the severity of the defect and actions needed to correct the defect.

To open

  1. Open the Defect Detail view.
  2. Click the Products tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.

To associate a product to a defect

  1. Click the Associate ProductClosed button.
  2. Locate and select one or more products using the lookup.
  3. Click Add Selected.
     

To disassociate a product from a defect

  1. Select the record you want to remove and click the DeleteClosed button.

  2. Click Yes.
