Adding a Ticket Rate
The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.
Use the Insert Ticket Activity Rate view to add a rate for a ticket activity type.
- Do one of the following:
- On the New menu, click Ticket Activity Rate.
- On the Navigation bar expand Service, right-click Ticket Activity Rateand from the shortcut menu, click New Ticket Activity Rate.
- In the Insert Ticket Activity Rate dialog box, in the Type box, type a one- or two-word name for the pricing rate.
- In the Description box, type a short description for the rate.
- In the Rate / Hour box, type a rate per hour for the activity type.
- Click Save.
