Working with the Activities List View Shortcut Menu
The Activities List view shortcut menu enables you to view, complete or delete the activity, or open the associated contact or lead.
To open the shortcut menu
- Open the Activities List view.
- Click the My Activities, All Open Past Due or Alarms tab, and then right-click an activity in the list.
The following options are available from the Activities List shortcut menu:
| Menu Option | Description |

| Open Activity | Allows you to view or edit activity details |
| Complete Activity | Allows you to open the complete activity view. |
| Delete Activity | Allows you to delete an activity. |
| Go To | Allows you to open the detail view of any record associated with the activity. |
| Schedule | Allows you to schedule a phone call, meeting, to-do, or personal activity. |
