Editing Opportunity Product Information

Use this dialog box to enter product information such as quantity, price, or discount.

To edit

1. From the Opportunity Detail view Products tab, click the Edit hyperlink for the product you want to edit or make your changes in the Products grid.
2. In the Price Level box, click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.
3. In the Quantity box, enter the number of this product to be added.
   The Extended Price is automatically calculated.
4. Edit any of the following:
   • In the Discount box, enter a discount percentage. The number is automatically changed to a percent. For example, "50" will be "50%". If you enter ".5", then it will be ".5%".
     The Extended and Adjusted Price are automatically calculated for the base and if applicable opportunity currencies.
   • In the Adjusted Price (Base) box, enter the adjusted price using the base currency.
     The Discount, Extended price, and if applicable the Adjusted Price (Opportunity) are automatically recalculated.
   • In the Adjusted Price (Opportunity) box, enter the adjusted price using the opportunity currency.
     The Discount, Extended price, and if applicable the Adjusted Price (Opportunity) are automatically recalculated.
5. Click OK.
