Refreshing Sales Order or Quote Prices
If your company uses a pricing service to determine the prices for the products listed on sales orders or quotes and you have been granted permission, then you can refresh the sales order or quote product price values to reflect the most current pricing. This may be necessary if the expiration date is extended or when a quote is copied to create a new quote.
You cannot refresh pricing for a closed sales order.

If you implementation includes Back Office Extension, you can only refresh pricing for quotes and sales orders that have not been promoted. |
To refresh pricing
- Open the Sales Order or Quote detail view that you want to update.
- On the Task Pane click Refresh Pricing.
The prices for all associated products are updated to reflect the most current prices.
