ERP Person Information Boxes

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The following table describes the default information boxes.

Box Description
Name The name of ERP person.
Description A description of the ERP person.
Person ID The unique ID associated with the ERP person.
Status

The status within the integrated back office system.

To change the status, click the drop-down arrow and select from the list.

Logical ID

(Insert ERP Person only)

The Logical ID is generated when configuring connection information for Infor CRM in ION Desktop.
Address The address associated with the ERP person.
Accounting Entity ID

The accounting entity ID number as defined by the integrated application.

Variation ID

(Insert ERP Person only)

A sequence number defined by the integrated application to ensure outdated content never overwrites updated content in the subscriber application.

Role

The role of the ERP Person. For example, internal or external.

To edit, click the drop-down arrow and select from the list.

Associated Manager The manager associated with the ERP person.
Owner The owner of the ERP person record.
Main Phone The phone number of the ERP person.
E-mail The email address of the ERP person.
