ERP Person Information Boxes
Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The following table describes the default information boxes.
Box | Description |

Name | The name of ERP person. |
Description | A description of the ERP person. |
Person ID | The unique ID associated with the ERP person. |
Status |
The status within the integrated back office system. To change the status, click the drop-down arrow and select from the list. |
Logical ID (Insert ERP Person only) |
The Logical ID is generated when configuring connection information for Infor CRM in ION Desktop. |
Address | The address associated with the ERP person. |
Accounting Entity ID |
The accounting entity ID number as defined by the integrated application. |
Variation ID (Insert ERP Person only) |
A sequence number defined by the integrated application to ensure outdated content never overwrites updated content in the subscriber application. |
Role |
The role of the ERP Person. For example, internal or external. To edit, click the drop-down arrow and select from the list. |
Associated Manager | The manager associated with the ERP person. |
Owner | The owner of the ERP person record. |
Main Phone | The phone number of the ERP person. |
The email address of the ERP person. |
