Returns Tab (Back Office Extension)

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The Returns tab in the Bill To and Ship To Detail views displays a list of associated returns. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact your administrator.

How Do I?

Open the Returns tabClosed
  • Open the Bill To or Ship To Detail view and click the Returns tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.
