Pay From Tab

The Pay From tab displays associated payment information.

How Do I?

Open the Pay From tabClosed
View or edit payment detailsClosed
  • Click the Name link to go to the Pay From Detail view.
  • From the Sales Order detail view only. View or edit the Attention or Address boxes.
    Depending upon your implementation you may not be able to edit address information.
Add a pay from address Infor CRM Back Office Extension only.Closed
  • To add a pay from click Add Pay From Closed button.

    You can only add Pay From information if:

    • the sales order has an associated Bill To
    • the integrated application allows new Pay From records
    • the sales order has not yet been shipped or invoiced
