Accounting Entities Tab (Back Office Extension)

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use the Account Entities tab to view and manage the Back Office Extension accounting systems that synchronize with Infor CRM.

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

How Do I?

Open the Accounting Entities tabClosed
Edit an account system in the gridClosed
  1. Click in the grid to select the record you want to edit.

  2. Edit one or more of the following:

    • Accounting Entity Name - the name of the accounting entity in the integrated application.
    • Accounting Entity ID - the identification number of the accounting entity in the integrated application.

  3. Click SaveClosed.

  1. Click the Edit link next to the record you want to edit.
  2. Follow the steps for editing an accounting system.
  3. Click OK.
Add an accounting systemClosed
  1. Click the Insert New Accounting EntityClosed button.
  2. Follow the steps for adding an accounting system.
Delete a field mappingClosed

  • Select the record you want to remove and click the DeleteClosed button.
