Automatic Promotion

If your Administrator has enabled automatic promotion, the following record types are automatically promoted to the integrated back office application if the Account they are related to is already promoted:

  • Contact
  • Bill To
  • Pay From (when related to a promoted Bill To)
  • Ship To

 

When automatic promotion has not been enabled, you can manually publish the content of the record to the Back Office from the List View or Detail view task pane by selecting the record(s) and then clicking Promote.
