Adding Outbound Message Settings

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use this view to add outbound message settings for custom entities.

To add

  1. On the Integration detail view, click the Outbound Message Settings tab, click the Add Outbound Message SettingsClosed button.
  2. In the Entity box type the custom Infor CRM entity name.
  3. In the Parent box type the relationship path to the parent entity using the following syntax.
    Most of the time the parent entity will be Account.
    • Type the name of the custom entity.
    • Type the name of the parent entity, for example Account.
    • Type the name of any junction entities required to establish a relationship between the entity and parent entity.
      A junction entity contains references to both entities to create a many-to-many relationship between the entities.
    • Type separators between the entity, any junction entities, and the parent entity to represent the relationship type.
      • For a one-to-many relationship type a # between the entities. ExamplesClosed

        ErpBillToAccount#Account
        ErpBillTo.ErpBillToAccounts#Account

      • For a many-to-one relationship, type a dot "." between the entities. ExamplesClosed


        Quote.Account

        ErpBillTo.ErpBillToAccounts#Account
      • For a many-to-many relationship, type a ~ between the entities. ExampleClosed

        ErpBillTo~Account

  4. Click SaveClosed.
