Deleting a Contract
If you have the appropriate permissions, no tickets are associated with the contract, and the contract is not active, you can delete an unused contract for an account.
- Open the Contract Detail view.
- Do the following:
- If the contract has associated tickets that are not closed you should close out the tickets before deleting the contract.
- If the contract Active box is selected, clear the check mark.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK.
