Deleting a Contract

If you have the appropriate permissions, no tickets are associated with the contract, and the contract is not active, you can delete an unused contract for .

To delete

  1. Open the Contract Detail view.
  2. Do the following:
  • If the contract has associated tickets that are not closed you should close out the tickets before deleting the contract.
  • If the contract Active box is selected, clear the check mark.
  1. Click DeleteClosed.
  2. Click OK.
