Sync History Tab

The Sync History tab is available from the Contact, Account, Sales Order, Quote, and Lead Detail view only if the contact or lead is synchronized with an external integration. The Sync History tab lists each time the record was synchronized between Infor CRM and the external integration.

This view contains the following columns:

  • Sync History - A link to the Sync History detail view.
  • Create Date - The date the sync history record was created.
  • Status - Status of the synchronization.
  • Diagnosis Code - The SData diagnosis code.
  • Error Message - The complete error message.
  • Job Name - A link to the Sync Job detail view of the sync job that included the sync history item.
