Use the Responses tab on the Account, Contact or Lead Detail Views to see contact and lead responses. Responses keep track of interactions with a contact or lead. You can also add or edit response information.
The Responses tab displays the following response information:
- Contact (Account Detail view only)
- Response Date
- Interest Level
- Lead Source
- On the Contact, Account or Lead Detail view, click the Responses tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.
- Click the Add Response button and follow the steps for adding response information.
Click the Edit link next to the record you want to edit.
- Follow the steps for editing response information.
