Viewing a Map for an Address

Use the Map button next to an Address to view the address on a map. If Contour integration is enabled and configured it will open a map using the Contour provider. If a provider is not configured then the address will open in MapQuest.

This function is only available for the first line of an address. The second address line is not used. If the pound (#) sign appears in an address, place it on the second address line to allow the map provider to better locate the address.

You must allow pop-ups before you can view a map. Maps may not be available for all addresses. If an address is defined, but does not display on a map, verify that the address is correct. If the address is correct, the geocode information required for Contour may not be defined. If you have any questions, contact your administrator.

To view the map to an address

• On a view with an Address box, click the Map button.
