The Associations tab appears in both the Account and Contact Detail views. Associated contacts and accounts have a relationship with the selected contact or account.
Columns in the tab include:
- From the Contact or Account Detail view, click Associations. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.
- On the Associations tab, click the contact or account name.
- Click the Add Association button.
- Follow the steps for adding a new contact or account association.
- Select the association you want to delete and click the Delete button.
