Editing a Security Profile Within a Team

After you add a team member, you can modify the security rights. The initial security rights are set to match the user's default security profile. You cannot edit WebViewer security profiles. Tell me more about security...

To edit

1. In the Team Detail view, click the Members tab.
2. Click the Security Profile link for the member you want to change.
3. Select a new security profile.

The default profiles are:

• Read Only Default - Sets all tables and fields to Read Only access.
• Read/Write Default - Sets all tables and fields to Read/Write access except the Account table SecCodeID field. This restricts the user from reassigning account ownership.
• Team Owner Profile - Sets all tables and fields to Read/Write access. This allows the user to reassign account ownership. You cannot assign the Team Owner Profile to WebViewer users.

4. Click OK.
5. Click Save.
