Recurring Activities, Yearly

You can choose to schedule an activity to occur once, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

To schedule an activity to recur yearly

  1. Schedule or edit an activity.
  2. Click the Recurring tab.

  3. Under This activity occurs, select Yearly.
  4. Select how you want the activity to recur.
    • If you want the activity to recur on a specific days of the year, select the Every X Year(s) on option, and then click the drop-down arrows to select the month and day that you want the activity to recur.
      For example, an activity recurs every two years on October 15th.
    • If you want the activity to recur on a specific day of the week every year, select the second option, and then click the drop-down arrows to select the week of the month, the day of the week, and the month that you want the activity to recur.
      For example, an activity recurs on the first Tuesday in January.
    • If you want the activity to recur only after the previous occurrences have been completed, select the Every X Year(s) after completion option, and then enter the number of years between recurrences.
      For example, an activity recurs two years after it is completed.
  5. In the Start Recurring box, click the CalendarClosed button, select a date, and then click OK.
  6. Do one of the following:

    • In the End After box, enter the number of times the activity should occur.
    • Click the End Recurring CalendarClosed button, select a different date, and then click OK.
  7. When finished making all activity changes, click OK.
