Account Details Tab

The Details tab appears in the Account Detail view. This tab contains specific information about the account. You can edit the information at any time by clicking in a box and typing new information, or select from a list of available items.

Your workspace may be different depending on your access rights or if your installation has been customized.

To edit

  1. From the Account Detail view of the account you want to change, click the Details tab.
  2. When your edits and updates are completed, click the SaveClosed button.
Box Description
Region The region is which the account is located. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list and then click OK.
Misc. Phone An additional telephone number for the account. Click in the box, and then enter any changes.
Ticker Symbol The abbreviation used by one of the stock marketplaces to identify the account. The ticker symbol allows you to view current stock quotes for the account. Click in the box, and then enter any changes.
Credit Rating The account's credit rating. Click in the box, and then enter any changes.
SIC Code Standard Industrial Classification Code of the account. Click in the box, and then enter any changes.
Employees The number of people employed by the account. Click in the box, and then enter any changes.
Yearly Revenue The account's revenue for the year. Click in the box, and then enter any changes.
Lead Source How your company found out about the account (e.g. a magazine ad or telesales). Click the FindClosed button next to the box, and then click the Lead Source you want to add to the account.
Currency (Accounting Integration)The account's currency.
Time Zone

The time zone where the account is located. Click the drop-down arrow to select from the list.

Click Show Local Time to display the local time for the account.

Account ID Displays the account's ID number that is automatically generated when the account is created. You cannot change this number.
Import Source Displays a value if the account information was imported from another source.
Create User The user responsible for creating the account record.
Create Date The date that the account was created.
Modify User The user who last modified the account record
Modify Date The date that the account was last modified.
Last History By The user who created the last history record for the account.
Last History On The day on which the last history record was created.
Days since last touched The number of days since the last time activity was completed.

Additional information may be available if your implementation includes a Back Office Extension. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact your administrator.
