- Team operations in Work Center Form: Work Center Form is enhanced to support Team labor operations.
- SyteLine Time and Attendance Support: Shop Floor is modified to use the Syteline Time and Attendance rules and parameters to record labor transactions (Setup, Run, Indirect, and Machine). Shop floor can now use the Syteline Rules to create lunch records, and adjust labor punches (records) as needed. This is the same functionality that currently exists in warehouse mobility. “
- Employee Authentication – Factory Track added the ability for the user to update the authentication PIN.
- Warehouse Mobility
- Project Material Issue: Factory Track now allows users to perform project material issue from the Warehouse Mobility.
- Pick N Ship: Added new transaction which would allow user to pick and ship materials from regular inventory locations.
- Container Label: For the customer using containers as part of the transaction, label printing for containers and contents is configurable.
- PPS modules: The PPS module is enhanced for better user experience and transaction accuracy.
- Time Track
- California OT Method: Complies with California labor laws. Combines Daily and Weekly OT methods to categorize hours. The result is that the employee’s hours are categorized by the method that provides the employee with the greatest amount of OT hours.
- 7th Consecutive Day: You can configure daily OT thresholds for the 7th consecutive worked day that are different than the thresholds specified for a normal shift day.
- 1st Day of Work Week and Generate work week: You can use this feature to set the 1st Day of Work Week to a day of your choosing.
- Points Based Attendance System: This feature allows you to assign points values to attendance rule violation and unplanned or unexcused absences. You define the system thresholds and the actions that should be taken when a threshold is crossed. The system will accumulate points and notify you when points totals exceed system thresholds.
- Out of sequence (Infor Cloud Suite Industrial Integration Only): You can use this feature to move quantities to the next operation in the routing or to any other open operation on the job.
- Reopen Payroll: You can revert the status of payroll records from Extracted or Processed to Submitted. The feature unlocks labor and attendance records and allows you to make corrections.
- Signing Payroll: The signature process is enhanced for the employee and supervisor. This feature allows employees and supervisors to sign hours at any time prior to hours processing, after hours processing and even after payroll processing. An additional component of this feature is that signatures are cleared when an edit is saved on a signed record.
- Real-time Transaction Entry Stop Start: This enhanced functionality reduces transaction entry time by reducing screen navigation time. You can use this functionality to automatically stop a running job by starting a new job or work set.
- Time Track-Work Set Proration: This enhancement adds the ability to configure work sets to prorate time on the weighted average of run times or planned quantities of the jobs in the work set. You will also be able to configure labor and machine time to use separate proration methods. An additional enhancement for work set machine time is that proration will only occur on jobs using the same machine.
- Quantity Reporting Configuration: You can now use parameters for Quantity Reporting and Allow Complete Operation fields, so that sites that do not want to retrieve that data from the shop floor can disable the fields.
- Reporting Dates: The new parameter Allow Attendance Transactions On Future Report Dates has been introduced that restricts Labor and Attendance transactions to current or past report dates.
- Time Sheet Detail: The enhanced functionality provides a convenient and efficient means for employees and supervisors to sign off and edit hours.
- Auto Clock Out Parameter: You can automatically clock an employee out at the scheduled shift end time if the employee has not done so themselves. The Auto Clock Out can be configured to occur at Midnight, Logical Midnight or a specified duration after the shift end time.
