Account Marketo Details tab

Accounts are synchronized from Infor CloudSuite CRM to Marketo only. When an account is synchronized with Marketo, you can view the details on the Marketo Details tab. If an account is not synchronized with Marketo, you can click to promote the account to Marketo.

To view the Account Marketo Details tab:

  1. Select Sales > Account. The Accounts List view is displayed.
  2. Click an Account name. The Account Detail view is displayed.
  3. Select the Marketo Details tab. On this tab, you can view this information:
    Marketo ID
    The corresponding Marketo ID when the account is synchronized with Marketo.
    Status
    Indicates if the account is synchronized with Marketo. The possible values are:
    • Linked: Indicates that the account is synchronized with Marketo.
    • Unlinked : Indicates that the account is not synchronized with Marketo.

      By default, this field is set to Unlinked, when a new account is created.

    Next Action
    Indicates the next action to be performed, to synchronize the account with Marketo. The possible options are:
    • Insert
    • Update

    For example:

    When a new account is created, this field is set to Insert, indicating that the account is yet to be linked to Marketo.

    If the phone number of an existing lead is updated, this field is set to Update, indicating that modified information must be updated in Marketo.

    Last Action
    Indicates the last action executed to synchronize the account with Marketo. The possible options are:
    • Insert
    • Update

    For example, if a new account is created in Infor CloudSuite CRM and is successfully synchronized with Marketo, this field is set to Insert, indicating that the account has been successfully inserted in Marketo.
