Introducing Infor CRM Web Client

Infor CRM manages all aspects of the sales cycle over the Web. In addition to tracking contacts, accounts, leads, opportunities, tickets and activities, users have access to tools for reporting, automating processes, and creating emails, faxes, and letters using mail merge. With additional security permissions, you may also have access to administrative tools for user, team, department, and pick list management.

Depending on what the system administrator installed, you can access the Infor CRM Web Client, over the network, or from a mobile device.

This Help system explains how to use the Infor CRM Web Client. The workspace may be different depending on the access rights or if the installation uses a customized Infor CRM Web Client.
