Opportunity Marketo Details tab

Opportunities are synchronized from Infor CloudSuite CRM to Marketo only. When an opportunity is synchronized with Marketo, you can view the details on the Marketo Details tab.

The existing opportunities are synchronized with Marketo when the associated contact is synchronized with Marketo. To synchronize a new opportunity:

  1. Create a contact in Infor CloudSuite CRM and synchronize with Marketo.
  2. Create an opportunity for this contact. The application synchronizes the opportunity with Marketo.
Note: To synchronize the Opportunity, the role of the associated contact must be specified in the Edit Opportunity Contact window.

If the details of an opportunity are modified, you can click to update the modified details in Marketo.

To view the Opportunity Marketo Details tab:

  1. Select Sales > Opportunities. The Opportunities List view is displayed.
  2. Click an Opportunity name. The Opportunity Detail view is displayed.

Select the Marketo Details tab. On this tab, you can view this information:

Marketo GUID
The corresponding Marketo ID when the account is synchronized with Marketo.
Status
Indicates if the opportunity is synchronized with Marketo. The possible values are:
  • Linked: Indicates that the opportunity is synchronized with Marketo.
  • Unlinked: Indicates that the opportunity is not synchronized with Marketo.
By default, this field is set to Unlinked, when a new opportunity is created.
Next Action
Indicates the next action to be performed, to synchronize the opportunity data with Marketo. The possible options are:
  • Insert
  • Update
Last Action
Indicates the last action executed, to synchronize the opportunity data with Marketo. The possible options are:
  • Insert
  • Update
