Running the Marketo ad hoc jobs

The synchronization between Infor CloudSuite CRM and Marketo is managed by the Infor CloudSuite CRM Job Manager. Jobs can be scheduled. The Administrator can also run ad hoc jobs.

Note: Only the users with the administrator role can execute this process.

To run a Marketo job ad hoc:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, select Administration > Job Manager.
  2. Click the Definitions tab.
  3. Click Marketo - Execute Single Task.
  4. Right click and select Create Schedule.
  5. In the Run/Schedule Job window, in the Parameters grid, click Value, specify the parameter value and click OK.
  6. When the Job is completed successfully, click Close.
    Set the parameters value to one of these:
    PushLeads
    Sends the leads data from Infor CRM to Marketo.
    PushAccounts
    Sends the Accounts data to Marketo.
    PullActivityTypes
    Receives the Activity Types to Infor CRM.
    PushLeads
    Sends the Leads data to Marketo.
    PullActivities
    Receives the Activity data to Infor CRM.
    PullChanges
    Receives the updates to Infor CRM.
    PushSalesPeople
    Sends the users data to Marketo.
    PushOpportunities
    Sends the Opportunities data to Marketo.
    PullPeople
    Receives the people data to Infor CRM.
    PushOppContacts
    Used to independently send the opportunities data to Marketo.
    PullScoreChanges
    Receives score Marketo updates to Infor CRM.
    PullPartitions
    Receives the partitions to Infor CRM.
    Note: For Ad hoc jobs of Opportunities, you must run the PushOpportunities and the PushOppContacts jobs, to push the records to Marketo.
