Running the Marketo scheduled jobs manually

The synchronization between Infor CloudSuite CRM and Marketo is managed by the Infor CloudSuite CRM Job Manager. Jobs can also be scheduled manually.

Note: Only the users with the administrator role can execute this process.

To run all Marketo scheduled jobs manually:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, select Administration > Job Manager.
  2. Click the Definitions tab.
  3. Click Marketo - Execute Schedule Tasks and click Create Schedule. All enabled Marketo Synchronization Maps jobs are executed. The Run/Schedule Job window is displayed.
  4. Set the Schedule field to:
    • Run Now: Runs the job immediately.
    • Scheduled Execution: Runs the job based on the specified schedule.
