Modifying the Activity Type

You can modify the details of an activity type.

Note: Only the user with the Administrator role can execute this process.

To modify an activity type:

Select Administration > Integrations. The Integrations List view is displayed.
Click the All Integrations tab.
Click Marketo. The Marketo Activity Types tab is displayed in Integration Detail view.
Click an activity type to modify the details. The Detail view of the activity type is displayed.
Select the required MSI (Marketo Sales Insight) category. Possible values are:
- Interesting Moments
- Score Change
- Web page
- Emails
Select the Include In Sync? check box to add the activity type to the Marketo Sales Insight tab. The activity types that are included in the scheduled synchronization are also considered
Click OK.
