About Status Attributes
Status attributes can be combined in groups called statuses and applied to orders, tank batches, process batches, and batch segments.
All status attributes are applicable to end stage and coupled process batches and to tank batches. Attributes that are set to yes or no by a status cannot be changed in the batch or order entry window or by applying a status that does not set the status name. To unlock these attributes, you will need to apply another status that modifies the status name (for example, the preset NO STATUS). The status attributes are as follows:
- User-defined setup duration, if set to yes, does not allow you to modify the setup duration time.
- Start inflow registered, if
set to yes, locks the time that the inflow to the tank started.
Note: Registered allows you to see the tank batch and quantity even if the process batch has happened in the past and is no longer on the planning board.
- End inflow registered, if set to yes, locks the time that the inflow is scheduled to end.
- Offset duration locked, if set to yes, locks the minimum standing time.
- Start outflow registered, if set to yes, locks the time the outflow is due to start.
- End outflow registered, if set to yes, locks the time the outflow is due to end.
- User-defined changeover duration, if set to yes, does not allow you to modify the changeover duration time.
- Resource locked, if set to yes, does not allow you to change resources.
- Quantity locked, if set to yes, does not allow you to change the quantity.
- Drag in time locked, if set to yes, does not allow you to change the time that the batch is scheduled.
- Surplus is allowed, if set to yes, allows you to make more than the required quantity even if it results in surplus.
- Surplus may not be used, if set to yes, limits the use of surplus that may have been made.
- Delete not allowed, if set to yes, does not allow the batch to be deleted from the schedule.
