Planning Board: Displays the last used graphical
view of the Planning Board for the selected model. The Gantt chart-like views
display the utilization of resources.
Dashboard: Displays the Key Performance
Indicator (KPI) data such as the KPI name and the values for each week.
Utilization: Displays the resource utilization
which helps you to track the efficiency of each resource and identify the
bottleneck, if any.
Messages: Displays a message summary and also a
possible solution for problems, if any.
Help: Displays the online help content of the
window, currently accessed by the user.
Print Reports: Displays the Print
Reports window wherein you can specify the sections of the schedule
to be printed.
Print: Allows you to print the data of the
displayed window. You can use this option only for specific windows.
Global Preferences: Enables an Administrator to
define the default settings for the models, that are applicable to all the
users.
Preferences: Enables a user to set the
preferences that can be considered as the default setting for the user.
Users: Enables an Administrator to define the
users and specify the access level for each user.
Models: Displays the list of models and the date
on which the model has been last modified.
Backup: Displays the Create Backup window that
allows you to create a back up of the model.
