Integration Menu

The Integration menu provides the tools to use Infor Production Scheduling with other applications. Through this menu, you can configure and execute plug-ins. The plug-ins enable you to exchange data between Infor Production Scheduling and other applications such as Infor ERP Adage, ODBC compliant databases and report writers.

The Integration menu contains the following commands:

  • Infor ERP Adage > Connection Setup - This command opens the Infor ERP Adage | Connection Setup dialog box.
  • Infor ERP Adage > Foundation Setup - This command opens the Infor ERP Adage | Foundation Setup dialog box.
  • Infor ERP Adage > Import Foundation Data - This command is activated once an Oracle®-Infor ERP Adage link has been established. This command activates the import of foundation data. The behavior of this mechanism depends on the settings in the Infor ERP Adage Connection Setup and the Infor ERP Adage Foundation Setup dialog boxes. A confirmation dialog box appears upon activation. This prevents unintentional changes to the model that would result from reading the foundation data.
  • Run Interface for Current Window - This dialog box enables you to run interfaces that exist for the current window.
  • Run Interface - This command allows you to run interfaces and groups directly from the menu instead of navigating through the overview window. Select show in menu when creating an interface or interface group to have it display in the submenu. If there are both interfaces and interface groups in the submenu, the interface groups display first and have a line after them.
  • Interfaces - This command opens the Interfaces window. This menu command only works if you have the ASCII Communication Toolkit, or the ODBC Communication Toolkit.
  • Interface Groups - This command opens an Interface Groups overview window listing all the interface groups in the schedule.
  • Templates - This command opens the Templates window.
