About Delete Inflow and Delete Outflow

Delete Inflow deletes the inflow from all previous stages of one or more selected batches or orders. The selected batch or order itself remains in the schedule. If you delete the inflow of a batch, which has a batch with surplus allowed as inflow, the relationship between the batches will be removed but the inflow batch itself will not be deleted. The upstream batch becomes a surplus batch and the downstream batch gets inflow shortage. You can reestablish the connection by using Create inflow. Use Disconnect batches if you need more flexibility.

Delete outflow deletes the outflow batches of selected batches. Surplus must be allowed for the selected batches. If surplus is also allowed for the downstream batches, their relationships with the selected batches will be removed but they themselves will not be deleted. Use the disconnect batches functionality if you need more flexibility.

Delete inflow and Delete Outflow are both on the Batches menu.
