About Help

You can launch help for Infor Production Scheduling in these ways:

  • Select File > Help  on a window.
  • Press the Shift + F1 key.

There are four types of Help topics:

  • Concept: A concept topic provides a summary or high level information about the functionality. These topics provide links to the related procedure topics. Usually the concept file name starts with the word 'About'.
  • Procedure: A procedural topic provides step by step instructions to execute a certain task. These topics provide links to the related concept topics. The procedure file name starts with a verb. For example, 'Creating a Transition Matrix' and 'Defining Routing Constraints'.
  • Field Definition: Field definitions are topics that include the descriptions about the field such as drop-down list, check boxes and input fields.
  • Menu: The Menu topics provide information about the Menu options listed on the tool bar.
