Supplementary Units Conversion Factor Update
After you set up commodity codes and supplementary unit information on the Commodity Codes form, use this utility to perform a mass update of the supplementary units conversion factor values for all existing line item records that contain the specified commodity codes.
If you use this utility, you avoid updating each line item's conversion factor individually. Select a range of commodity codes and the types of line item records (customer order lines, purchase order lines, and so on) for which you want to update the conversion factor. When you click , the utility takes the conversion factor value that was set up for the specified commodity in the Commodity Codes form and sets it as the default Conversion Factor value for all specified line items of that commodity type.
