Evaluation Codes
Use this form to enter codes which you will use to track and report RMAs at the line item, or individual material, level. After you enter a code of up to three characters, enter the description that explains what the code means. Evaluation codes are highly flexible to let you track your observations of the material that is returned to you.
Note: The system provides four different sets
of codes to help you track why material is returned, what happens to it after it is
returned, and other issues.
